Craft creamy chocolate 54% ECUADOR Arriba National
Creamy chocolate made from rare Arriba Nacional cocoa 54%
There is cocoa that doesn’t just give flavor — it tells a story. The story of the Rio Guayas valley, where for more than a hundred years Arriba Nacional trees have grown, considered Ecuador’s genetic heritage. This cocoa is called “floral gold” for its aroma and purity of taste. Today it accounts for only about 5% of the world harvest, and each batch is a small miracle preserved by farmers who continue their ancestors’ traditions.

Softness and character
Creamy chocolate based on Arriba Nacional cocoa is a harmony of tenderness and depth. Coconut sugar adds a light caramel note, and cashews bring a special creaminess and velvety texture. The flavor unfolds smoothly, leaving a warm, soft aftertaste.

Only natural ingredients — nothing extra
• Arriba Nacional cocoa beans (Ecuador) • natural cocoa butter • coconut sugar • cashews, rice.

No lecithin, flavorings, emulsifiers, or white sugar. A pure taste created by nature and craftsmanship.

Flavor profile
Floral cocoa notes • caramel • cashew creaminess • a soft chocolate body. This is chocolate that doesn’t “hit” your receptors, but unfolds in layers — like a warm dessert made with care.
Benefits, confirmed by nature
Creamy chocolate is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and trace elements. Coconut sugar is a source of iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium. This is a dessert that can be called mindful indulgence.
Handcrafted production in Latvia
Each bar is handmade in our workshop in Daugavpils. We conche the chocolate for up to 72 hours, controlling the texture and aroma at every stage.
This is not mass production — it’s chocolate made with attention, respect for the raw ingredients, and love for the craft.
