Return of goods

In case of returning the goods, the Buyer must inform the electronic store www.sweeco.lv about the quality deficiencies within 48 hours.

If we delivered an order that does not correspond to the description or is damaged during transportation, the return of the goods is paid by us, the goods are subject to exchange, or the money for the goods purchased from us is returned. The content of the product packaging is not less than 95%.

If the Buyer wants a refund for a poor quality product, please submit the return form by email: [email protected]

In the return form, the buyer must indicate: name, surname, order number and the reason for returning the goods.

The money is returned to the Buyer to the bank account from which the payment was made.

Refunds will be returned within 2 business days after submitting a written refund request and receiving the order from our side.
