Craft dark chocolate 75% ECUADOR Arriba National
Chocolate made from rare Arriba Nacional cocoa
There is cocoa that doesn’t just deliver flavor — it tells a story. The story of the Rio Guayas valley, where for more than a hundred years Arriba Nacional trees have grown, considered Ecuador’s genetic heritage. This cocoa is called “floral gold” for its aroma and purity of taste. Today it accounts for only about 5% of the world harvest, and each batch is a small miracle preserved by farmers who continue their ancestors’ traditions.

A rare variety with character
Arriba Nacional is one of the most valuable and endangered cocoa varieties. It’s recognized by natural notes of jasmine, orange blossom, and a light fruity freshness. This cocoa doesn’t need enhancers — it is self-sufficient and noble.

Only 3 ingredients — nothing extra
• Arriba Nacional cocoa beans • natural cocoa butter • coconut nectar

No lecithin, flavorings, emulsifiers, or white sugar. A pure taste created by nature and craftsmanship.

Flavor profile
Jasmine • Orange blossom • Light spices • Deep chocolate tone
The taste is soft, rounded, almost without bitterness — a rarity for dark chocolate. This is the case when chocolate doesn’t “hit” the receptors, but unfolds in layers, leaving a long, warm aftertaste.

Benefits confirmed by nature
Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and trace elements. Coconut nectar is a source of iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium. This is a dessert that can be called mindful indulgence.
Handcrafted in Latvia
Each bar is handmade in our workshop in Daugavpils. We conche the chocolate for up to 72 hours, controlling texture and aroma at every stage.
This is not mass production — it’s chocolate made with attention, respect for the ingredients, and love for the craft.
