Craft dark chocolate 75% VENEZUELA Barlovento
Chocolate made from rare Criollo cacao (Barlovento region)
There is cacao that carries within it the spirit of the land where it was born. Criollo Barlovento is a legacy of Venezuela’s coastline—a region where cacao has been cultivated for centuries. Here, in the warm and humid climate of the Caribbean Sea, one of the world’s most refined and rare cacao varieties is born. Criollo accounts for only about 1% of the global harvest, and every batch is a treasure preserved by farmers who continue the traditions of their ancestors.

A rare variety with character
Criollo Barlovento is cacao with a soft, deep, and noble taste. It is distinguished by natural notes of dried fruits, a light woodiness, nutty sweetness, and a warm, velvety chocolate tone. This cacao needs no enhancers—it unfolds on its own, slowly and in layers, leaving a long, rich aftertaste.

Only 3 ingredients — nothing extra
• Criollo Barlovento cacao beans • natural cocoa butter • coconut nectar

No lecithin, flavorings, emulsifiers, or white sugar. A pure taste created by nature and craftsmanship.

Flavor profile
Dried fruits • Nutty sweetness • Light woodiness • Deep chocolate tone
The taste is soft and rounded, without sharp bitterness—a characteristic feature of true Criollo. The chocolate unfolds in layers: first warm nutty notes, then dried fruits, and in the finale—a deep, clean chocolate accent.

Benefits confirmed by nature
Criollo is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and trace elements. Coconut nectar is a source of iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium. This is a dessert that can be called mindful indulgence—rich taste without compromises.
