Freshly ground coffee from Guatemala’s highland regions is used. Profile: bright aroma, clean acidity, chocolate-nut aftertaste. It highlights the natural complexity of Venezuelan cocoa and creates an expressive coffee accent.

Handcrafted production in Latvia
Each bar is made by hand in our workshop in Daugavpils. We conche the chocolate for up to 72 hours, controlling texture and aroma at every stage.
