The Barlovento region is known for rich cocoa beans with warm notes of nuts, spices, and a light fruity tang. Profile: deep cocoa flavor, gentle sweetness, warm spice.
Coffee — Costa Rica, highlands
Freshly ground coffee from Costa Rica’s highland regions (1700 m) is used. Profile: rich aroma, sweet fruity depth, notes of dark cherry and red wine, and a soft chocolate finish. It highlights the natural sweetness of cocoa and creates a distinct, full-bodied coffee accent.

Artisanal production in Latvia
Each bar is handmade in Daugavpils in our workshop. We conche the chocolate for up to 72 hours, controlling texture and aroma at every stage.
