Cocoa that carries a story
For this bar we use Arriba Nacional cocoa from Ecuador—one of the rarest and most valuable in the world. It is called “floral gold” for its pure aroma, creamy-nutty notes, and soft chocolate character. This cocoa accounts for only about 5% of the world harvest—each batch is unique.

Each package is a small journey through Latvia. Inside you will find facts about Latvian folklore, the coat of arms, symbols, and history that let you feel the country’s culture as vividly as its taste.

Craft production in Latvia
Each bar is handmade in our workshop in Daugavpils. We conche the chocolate for up to 72 hours, controlling texture and aroma at every stage.
