Our 100% tahini is a concentrate of natural sesame for those who value rich flavor and functionality in one product. In the jar—only whole sesame seeds with no additives, slowly ground in granite mills using Stone Ground technology. Gentle grinding preserves the aroma and texture of the seeds, gives a silky, dense consistency and a deep, lightly toasted profile with warm caramel notes. Tahini is nutritious and filling, while containing no sugar or unnecessary additives—an ideal choice for everyday breakfasts, sauces, and culinary experiments.

Taste and texture

  • Taste: deep sesame profile with a pronounced toasted note, warm caramel sweetness, and a light bitterness that adds character.
  • Texture: creamy, dense, and silky; spreads easily and dissolves well in liquids.

How to use

  • In porridge and smoothies: 1–2 tsp for a hearty, protein-rich start.
  • On toast and bread: instead of butter or together with avocado and vegetables.

  • In sauces and dressings: a base for hummus, tahini sauces, salad dressings, and dips.

  • In baking and desserts: adds depth and a dark caramel note.

  • Sesame milk: mix 1–2 tbsp of paste with 200–250 ml of water—you’ll get rich homemade sesame milk.

Tip: to avoid lumps, first dilute the paste in 2–3 tbsp of water, then add the rest; a blender gives the most uniform texture.

Storage and shelf life

Before opening: store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 12–20 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

After opening: store in the refrigerator at +4…+8 °C. Before use, you can take it out for 10–20 minutes so the paste becomes softer.

Recommended consumption period after opening: it is recommended to consume within 6–8 weeks for optimal taste and freshness. If a sharp smell or rancid taste appears—do not consume.

Additionally: natural oil separation is normal; stir until smooth. Use a clean spoon to avoid moisture getting in.

SIA SWEECO  2020
Limited Liability Company  “SWEECO” has signed an agreement with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) on Incubation support within the framework of the ERDF     Project No. 3.1.1.6/16/I/001 “Regional Business Incubators and Creative Industries Incubator”.
             
At SIA “SWEECO”, the digitalisation project No. DIGI/2025/4037 is being implemented with the support of the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU). The total project funding amounts to EUR 9,990.
Within the scope of the project, the company acquired a Pomati SL16 chocolate tempering machine, which was delivered in April 2026 and installed at the production facility in Daugavpils, 18. novembra iela 103‑2. The equipment is intended for automating the chocolate production process, ensuring a stable temperature regime and consistent product quality.
The introduction of this equipment has significantly improved the organisation of the production process — the amount of manual work has decreased, quality control has improved, and overall operational efficiency has increased.
The project contributes to the digitalisation of the company and complies with the requirements of the European Union, as confirmed by the attached certificates. The project is financed by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU).
