Our 100% coconut paste is a pure, naturally sweet taste and high nutritional value for those who choose natural products without additives. In the jar—only coconut flesh, slowly ground on granite millstones using Stone Ground technology. This gentle grinding preserves the natural coconut aroma and creates a creamy, dense texture with a soft buttery sweetness and a light tropical note.

The paste is nutritious, aromatic, and versatile—ideal both for everyday eating and for culinary recipes. Contains no sugar, flavorings, oils, or any additives.

Nutritional value and beneficial substances

Plant fat (incl. MCT)—a source of quick energy, supports metabolism and promotes long-lasting satiety.

  • Plant protein—helps support muscles and a feeling of fullness.
  • Fiber—improves digestion and provides gentle, stable satiety.
  • Minerals: • potassium—supports water-electrolyte balance; • magnesium—important for the nervous system and energy; • iron—participates in oxygen transport.

These properties make coconut paste an excellent choice for vegans, athletes, people on a keto diet, and everyone who monitors the quality of their nutrition.

Taste and texture

Taste: soft natural coconut sweetness, creaminess, light caramel-tropical notes.

Texture: dense, creamy, smooth; easy to spread and dissolves well in hot dishes.

How to use

  • In porridge and smoothies: 1–2 tsp for a filling, nutritious start to the day.
  • On toast and bread: instead of butter or together with fruit, berries, honey.

  • In sauces and Asian dishes: : adds creaminess and coconut aroma.

  • In baking and desserts: makes the texture more tender and enhances the taste.

  • Homemade coconut milk: Mix 1–2 tbsp of paste with 200–250 ml of warm water—you’ll get natural coconut milk.

Tip: first dissolve the paste in a small amount of water, then add the rest.

Storage and shelf life

Before opening: store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 12–20 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

After opening: store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4…+8 °C. Before use, you can take it out for 10–20 minutes so the paste becomes softer.

Shelf life after opening: it is recommended to consume within 6–8 weeks for optimal taste and freshness. If a sharp smell or rancid taste appears—do not consume.

Additionally: natural oil separation is a normal process; stir until smooth. Use a clean spoon to avoid moisture getting in.

SIA SWEECO  2020
Limited Liability Company  “SWEECO” has signed an agreement with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) on Incubation support within the framework of the ERDF     Project No. 3.1.1.6/16/I/001 “Regional Business Incubators and Creative Industries Incubator”.
             
At SIA “SWEECO”, the digitalisation project No. DIGI/2025/4037 is being implemented with the support of the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU). The total project funding amounts to EUR 9,990.
Within the scope of the project, the company acquired a Pomati SL16 chocolate tempering machine, which was delivered in April 2026 and installed at the production facility in Daugavpils, 18. novembra iela 103‑2. The equipment is intended for automating the chocolate production process, ensuring a stable temperature regime and consistent product quality.
The introduction of this equipment has significantly improved the organisation of the production process — the amount of manual work has decreased, quality control has improved, and overall operational efficiency has increased.
The project contributes to the digitalisation of the company and complies with the requirements of the European Union, as confirmed by the attached certificates. The project is financed by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU).
