Our 100% almond butter is pure taste and nourishing density for those who choose natural products. In the jar—only whole almonds, slowly ground in granite mills using Stone Ground. Gentle grinding preserves the nut’s delicate aroma and gives a silky, dense consistency with a mild creamy sweetness and a light almond bitterness. The butter is nutritious and filling, while containing no sugar or unnecessary additives—an ideal choice for everyday nutrition and culinary experiments.

How to use

  • In porridge and smoothies: 1–2 tsp for a hearty protein start.
  • On toast and bread: instead of butter or combined with jam and banana.

  • In sauces and dressings: adds a creamy texture and nutty depth.

  • In baking and desserts: enhances aroma and gives a delicate texture.

  • Almond milk : mix 1–2 tbsp of butter with 200–250 ml of water — you’ll get homemade almond milk.

Tip: to avoid lumps, first dilute the butter in 2–3 tbsp of water, then add the rest; a blender gives the smoothest texture.

Storage and shelf life

Before opening: store in a dry, cool place at 12–20 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

After opening: store in the refrigerator at +4…+8 °C. Before use, you can take it out for 10–20 minutes so the butter softens.

Recommended consumption period after opening: it is recommended to consume within 6–8 weeks for optimal taste and freshness. If a sharp smell or rancid taste appears—do not consume.

Additionally: natural oil separation is normal; stir until smooth. Use a clean spoon to avoid introducing moisture.

SIA SWEECO  2020
Limited Liability Company  “SWEECO” has signed an agreement with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) on Incubation support within the framework of the ERDF     Project No. 3.1.1.6/16/I/001 “Regional Business Incubators and Creative Industries Incubator”.
             
At SIA “SWEECO”, the digitalisation project No. DIGI/2025/4037 is being implemented with the support of the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU). The total project funding amounts to EUR 9,990.
Within the scope of the project, the company acquired a Pomati SL16 chocolate tempering machine, which was delivered in April 2026 and installed at the production facility in Daugavpils, 18. novembra iela 103‑2. The equipment is intended for automating the chocolate production process, ensuring a stable temperature regime and consistent product quality.
The introduction of this equipment has significantly improved the organisation of the production process — the amount of manual work has decreased, quality control has improved, and overall operational efficiency has increased.
The project contributes to the digitalisation of the company and complies with the requirements of the European Union, as confirmed by the attached certificates. The project is financed by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU).
