Freeze-dried pineapple got all the health benefits of fresh pineapple. Berries and fruits undergo a shock freezing process, with 97-98% of moisture being evaporated. As a result, we get a crispy, aromatic and tasty product. To obtain 1 kg of sublimation, you need to process from 7 to 10 kg of fresh pineapple on average.
