Heirloom Ethiopia- is a light, juicy and vibrant coffee with clean acidity and fresh fruit brightness. Its flavour reveals notes of stone fruit, lemon, cranberries and black tea, creating a lively, sparkling and multi‑layered profile. This coffee is perfect for those who appreciate natural sweetness, clarity and the distinctive character of high‑altitude Ethiopian coffees.
Grown in the Jimma region at 2000–2100 m, it is produced by farmer Mustefa Abakeno, who masterfully combines traditional and innovative processing methods. A short fermentation followed by careful drying on African beds enhances the clarity and complexity of the cup while preserving the natural brightness of Ethiopian varieties.
Roast level: light (ideal for filter, pour‑over, Aeropress, but also enjoyable with other brewing methods if you prefer a light and fruity cup)
