Marmalade is a coffee that captivates from the very first sip. Its sweet, thick texture, chocolate notes and fruity brightness create a rich and harmonious flavour. This blend, awarded second place at Roast Masters 2019, reveals the depth of specialty coffee and turns every cup into a small ritual of pleasure.

Composition: Brazil 30% / Costa Rica 30% / Colombia 20% / Ethiopia 20%

This coffee is roasted in an espresso style, giving it a more intense flavour, a rich and sweet texture, and a softer acidity. This roast level enhances caramelisation and highlights the subtle flavour nuances. Although perfect for espresso machines and moka pots, you can brew it in any way you prefer if you enjoy a stronger, more expressive cup.
