Caramelized almonds in dark chocolate
A classic flavor pairing—crunchy almonds and rich dark chocolate. This dessert combines nutty depth and a light, noble cocoa bitterness, creating a harmonious, well-balanced taste.
Our almonds are pre-soaked in coconut sugar syrup and gently dried at a moderate temperature. The dark chocolate coating is made from aromatic cocoa beans Arriba Nacional (Ecuador)—only cocoa and coconut sugar. A light dusting of cocoa powder gives each nut an appetizing matte finish and completes the composition.
Attention: may cause addiction to quality chocolate! Once you try it, you won’t want to go back to store-bought sweets.
