Activated almonds are obtained by soaking almonds for 12 hours and then carefully drying it at 40 C. During the process of activation phytic acid is destroyed. The almonds change their composition, the amount of useful microelements in the product increases, the body digests it much more easily. Activated almonds taste much better than dry nuts. Almonds are rich in phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, calcium, copper, vitamins A, E.
