Cocoa butter (Venezuela, Paria region, Sucre state)
Cocoa butter is produced from cocoa beans of the IRAPA species, which are harvested in the Paria region of the state of Sucre. The genetic variety of cocoa beans is a hybrid of Criollo & Forastero Amelonado. Taste profile: pronounced chocolate aroma with fruity and citrus notes.
This oil is extra virgin and not deodorized, so it retains its delicious chocolate flavor with its natural characteristics. Natural cocoa butter is widely used in the production of chocolate and desserts, as well as in the medical and cosmetic industries (it is used for scars, stretch marks and wrinkles).
Certified product (Organic, Non GMO, GLUTEN Free, USDA NOP, EC, Pareve)
