BUCKWHEAT CHOCOLATE
The basis of chocolate is grains of Tatar buckwheat. This plant, originating from the mountainous regions of Asia, is superior to ordinary buckwheat in terms of protein and vitamins.
A distant "relative" of the buckwheat we are used to grows in the highlands of India, China, and Nepal. For thousands of years, the plant has adapted to harsh natural conditions, accumulating large reserves of vitamins and minerals in grains.
Our chocolate contains: cocoa butter (Fino De Aroma ECUADOR Arriba National), coconut nectar, cashews, Tatar buckwheat seeds, rice. All components are crushed and mixed in a melangeur without the use of high temperatures, which helps to preserve all the beneficial substances. The process lasts 72 hours - until a homogeneous chocolate mass is obtained.
Cocoa butter of elite varieties and cashews give the dessert a creamy tenderness, while coconut nectar - sweetness and bright aroma. The taste and texture are reminiscent of oatmeal cookies.
The product is made only from natural ingredients of plant origin.
